The conference is only available for AIS members. You can join AIS or renew your membership at:

Reservations will be handled on a “first come – first served” basis. Each form is to be filled in individually by only one participant. If you have problems with completing the on-line-form, please contact the local ECIS 2011 secretariat at Confedent International Ltd:

Registration fees:
The registration fees are invoiced by Confedent International Oy (VAT FI1065791-1) on behalf of Aalto University (VAT FI2278756-1) that is exempted from VAT.
Early AIS Member Delegate 470,00 €, until April 10, 2011
Late AIS Member Delegate 550,00 €, from April 11, 2011, until June 2,2011
Early Registered Student 350,00 €, until April 10, 2011
Late Registered Student 450,00 €, from April 11, 2011, until June 2,2011
AIS Member on-site registration 700,00 €, from June 2,2011
CIO Forum only 300,00 €
Doctoral Consortium 150,00 € (students by accepted application only, this contains also the conference registration)
Those participating in both IFIP WG 8.2 conference in Turku and ECIS get a discount of 50 € by indicating in the registration forms that they want the conference bundle.

Delegate and student registrations
Delegate and Student registration fees include the conference programme and lunches and coffees mentioned in the programme. Registration fees also include the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 the Helsinki City Reception on Thursday, June 9, 2011 and Conference Dinner on Friday, June 10, 2011. Pre-registration for these social events is necessary through the on-line registration form.
CIO Forum is included in the normal conference registration.
CIO Forum
CIO Forum registration includes all activities on the CIO Forum day, Wednesday, June 8, 2011.
Accompanying persons
All registered spouses and accompanying persons are welcome to join the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, the Helsinki City Reception on Thursday, June 9, 2011 and the Conference Dinner on Friday, June 10, 2011. Pre-registration for these social events is necessary through the on-line registration form.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of registration fees and accommodation:
- cancellation received before or on 29th April, 2011 a full refund deducted with administrative fee of Eur 50
- cancellation received after 29th April, 2011 no refund will be made
- there will be no refund for no-shows
All cancellations and/or changes in registration and accommodation must be made in writing to the ECIS 2011 secretariat c/o Confedent International, Email: ecis2011@confedent.fi.
