Hotel reservation for ECIS 2011 Conference

Online registration is now open: go to the Confedent online registration system to register.

Notice that June is peak business travel time in Finland and book your room early!

The local conference secretariat, Confedent International, has made block reservations for ECIS 2011 participants in selected hotels within convenient location of the conference venue. The special conference rates are valid only for reservations made through the secretariat using the web registration form. To make a hotel reservation, please use the on-line registration form available through the conference website.

Current status (End of May 2011)

The conference hotels have mostly been fully booked but some accommodation may still be available on a case-by-case basis, please contact ecis2011@confedent.fi directly if you still need to make accomodation arrangements.

You do not need to contact the hotel directly. Reservations will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Your reservation will be confirmed by Confedent International after your request has been processed and your deposit for the reservation has been settled.

Accommodation payment

The listed conference hotel prices are valid only when booking accommodation through the Confedent on-line registration form. To guarantee the reservation you will be requested to pay a deposit of one night in advance together with your registration fee. All additional nights are to be paid directly to the hotel upon departure. If you require accommodation before or after the actual Conference days, please contact the local ECIS 2011 secretariat at ecis2011-at-confedent.fi

Cancellation policy

All cancellations of accommodation must be made in writing to Confedent International at ecis2011-at-confedent.fi. All refunds will be made after the conference at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the conference office cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates. Cancellations received before 29th April will be refunded less a 50€ handling fee. If cancellation of hotel is received after 29th April there will be no refund of the paid deposit. There will be no refund for no-shows.
